Neroli essential oil comes from the Citrus Aurantium Tree, which is native to tropical areas of Asia, and eastern Africa. The tree produces three different types of essential oil orange essential oil from the rind of the fruit, petitgrain essential oil from the leaves, and neroli essential oil from the small, waxy, white flowers.
The flowers must be handpicked with care, avoiding any excessive handling or bruising. Once they have been picked, they begin to lose their oil, so it is important to quickly extract the oil via steam distillation. The result is a fragrant essential oil with a floral, citrus aroma.
Neroli essential oil is diluted with Fractioned Coconut Oil to create neroli touch, making it essential for topical and aromatic application. Aromatic use lifts the mood, soothing away tension and promoting relaxation and calmness. Meanwhile, topical application soothes the skin and helps to reduce the appearance of blemishes.
