Express Shipping Temporary Suspension
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, our normal delivery timelines are experiencing some delays.
Australia Post has communicated that they have put a suspension on the Express Post Guarantee. Due to this we will be no longer be offering an Express Post service until further notice.
Australia Post (as per their website) have advised that they are experiencing delivery delays due to:
- Reduction in air freight capacity and passenger flights (which also carry our parcels)
- A significant increase in parcels that require manual sorting
- Health & safety measures at their facilities
These factors are resulting in:
- Suspension on Express Post Guarantee
- Slower delivery
- Lack of tracking/ reduced or no tracking updates

Shipping (within Australia)
Earthsun Essentials will ship goods using Australia Post. We do not use any customer provided courier services.
You will see the freight cost in your Shopping cart once items have been added. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, we do not offer express shipping at this stage.
Please check your shipping address is correct. Returned orders due to incorrect addresses provided will incur a re-delivery charge to re-ship the order. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.
Estimated Shipping Time-frame:
The estimated shipping time-frames are based on ‘normal’ circumstances, however, due to COVID-19, and the inundation of online orders that people are placing due to the pandemic, Australia Post are sorting through a much higher number of parcels than normal, and as a result, shipments Australia-wide are heavily delayed. Please do allow extra time for your parcels to arrive while Australia Post navigates through this.

*Orders placed with Dangerous Good items may incur a longer delivery time as these must travel via Road Transport only and go through additional freight procedures. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
If you are located outside of your state’s metro delivery area, shipping times may be increased.
Note: Shipping times may be increased during busy times (i.e. Christmas, public holidays, etc.).
Tracking your Order
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped to you, which will include your tracking number.
For orders containing ‘Dangerous Goods’, please anticipate additional freight time due to extra carrier procedures, and freight can travel by road transport only.
Earthsun Essentials offers international shipping on most products. Unfortunately, there are a few items that are classified as Dangerous Goods for transportation purposes and we are unable to ship these items internationally. These items all contain a warning message on the product page under the product description – if you are placing an international order, please do not add these items to your cart.
Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight and volume of your order. We will advise the cost of shipping and estimated delivery time to you once your order has been placed, or you can email us with the items you wish to order and we can provide you with an estimated quote.
Earthsun Essentials will not be held responsible for any goods held up or incurring extra local clearance charges. Please check with your local customs agents or shipping agent before shipment of goods.
