This comforting oil blend has been created to bring comfort, hope, and positivity at times of sadness, pain, and grief.

Loss, sadness, and grief are an undesirable yet unavoidable part of life. Console comforting blend combines a range of comforting and uplifting essential oils to help eliminate feelings of sadness and help you to find emotional strength during difficult times.

Rose essential oil is known to be beneficial for lifting the mood and reducing feelings of sadness and grief, whilst Patchouli and Sandalwood are excellent for grounding and balancing emotions. Frankincense and Ylang Ylang are excellent additions to the comforting blend due to their calming and uplifting properties.

Used together in the Console blend, these oils can help you to find peace and improve your overall feelings of wellness during challenging circumstances. Console has a sweet, musky, floral aroma that brings about several benefits when diffused. Use both aromatically and topically to elicit feelings of hope and positivity, and benefit the body in various ways.

Aromatic

Use a few drops in a diffuser of your choice.

Topical

Dilute with a carrier oil to minimise skin sensitivity, and apply one to two drops to the desired area.

The essential oils contained within Console promote focus and clarity as well as relaxation and emotional balance, making the blend ideal for use during meditation. Apply to the forehead and chest, and inhale from cupped hands.
