1. Ordering Information

Order Placement

  • All orders must be placed via the website.
  • We do not accept phone or verbal orders to ensure accuracy and protect your personal information.

GST & Taxes

  • Australian customers: Prices include GST (Goods & Services Tax).
  • International customers: Orders do not incur GST, but import duties/taxes may apply. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Order Confirmation & Changes

  • Once an order is paid for and confirmed, any changes will be treated as a new order.
  • Change of mind cancellations will be handled under our Refunds & Returns Policy.

2. Payment Methods

  • All orders must be paid in full before shipment.
  • Accepted payment methods:
    • Credit Cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express
    • Other Payment Options: As displayed at checkout
  • Cheque payments are not accepted.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  • dōTERRA products: Flat rate of $7.95 within Australia.
  • Earthsun Essentials Rose Oil products: Flat rate of $10.95 (orders up to 500g).
  • Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
    • This applies only if each product category (dōTERRA or Earthsun Essentials) exceeds $100 separately.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days within Australia.
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (if available).
  • International Shipping: Estimated 7-21 business days (varies by destination).
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.

Shipping Carriers

  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post.
  • We do not use customer-provided courier services.

International Orders

  • Shipping fees and estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout.
  • Earthsun Essentials is not responsible for delays, additional customs duties, or clearance charges. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Orders

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay for re-delivery costs.

Order Discrepancies

  • If your order is incorrect or missing items, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your package.

4. Refunds & Returns Policy

Our products come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund based on the situation.
